Greystone Mansion offers historic architecture and lush gardens for ceremonies and receptions. Couples can host ceremonies in the Formal Garden or hold receptions in the mansion's inner and west courtyards.

Greystone Mansion is a historic Tudor Revival estate located in the Beverly Hills foothills. The architecture is characterized by its stone facade and a notable grand staircase that overlooks the downtown skyline.

You can host a wedding ceremony in the formal garden, which features a green lawn surrounded by white roses and box hedges. For receptions, the venue accommodates up to 150 guests. While various outdoor areas are available, food service is restricted in the formal garden, and all music, decor, and catering must be contained within specifically rented areas.

The grounds offer diverse backdrops for photography, ranging from the structured elegance of the inner courtyard to the expansive views from the terrace. Because the property is a public park, non-commercial photography requires a permit, which is available between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm. Couples often utilize the variety of textures and perspectives provided by the manor’s architecture and the surrounding gardens to create a cohesive visual story.

House rules

Food is not allowed in the Formal Garden. Maximum capacity for wedding receptions is 150 people (including wedding party). Set ups such as music, decor, and food/beverage (stationary or passed) can only take place in rented areas. Applicant is responsible for cleaning all areas used during the event. Wood can go directly on slate as long as there are no screws, rough edges, or anything else that could damage the property. Chivari chairs & other plastic/wood chairs do not require felt pads outside. Umbrella bases, light trees, and other metal plates are required to have carpet or coir plast under the entire base. Market/string lights are only allowed on the terrace. All details including pole placement and weights must be approved during the final walk through. String lights may require extra time for setup; all strike must take place within the 2 hour window. Lights in other areas must be on individual poles; they cannot be strung between poles. Drones are not allowed at Greystone. Props such as rose petals, balloons, easels, chairs, etc. are not allowed for non-commercial photography. Wedding party is welcome to take photos throughout the grounds during the wedding. Non-commercial photography permits are available for exterior areas only. Permits are available for a maximum of 6 people (including the photographer).
