Both signatures
Each of you gets your own signing link by email. The agreement is complete the moment you've both signed, and a copy lands in both inboxes.

Your retainer
Your retainer invoice arrives by email right after. Once it's paid, your date is locked in and off my calendar for anyone else.

Engagement session
If you opted for one, I'll reach out to pick a day and a place. A relaxed warm-up, and photos for your save-the-dates.

Your questionnaire
About six weeks out, I'll send a short questionnaire: your timeline, family photos and vendor team.

Final balance
A friendly reminder two weeks ahead. The balance is due a week before the wedding, and paying in cash on the day takes 5% off.

Final details
The week of, we'll confirm your timeline and shot list together, so on the day nothing needs your attention but each other.

The big day
You enjoy it. I take care of the rest, from getting ready to the last dance.
